Senior Leadership
Henrik Webster
Henrik started his career in reinsurance in 2013. He launched his own MGA 6 years later to pursue his entrepreneurial ambitions and build the company he wanted to work for. Aspect is the culmination of this.
Oli Williamson
Having started in insurance at 18, Oli has worked his entire career to try and push insurance into the 21st Century. Aspect demonstrates that change is not just possible, but happening.
Klaudia Sosnowska
With an educational background in risk, disaster and resilience, Klaudia connects projects and teams to drive collaboration and promotes ESG principles for a more sustainable future.

Tom Seymour
Tom joined Aspect in January 2025 and brings over a decades worth of London Market experience, with a background in both Broking and Underwriting roles.
George Rojas Carpio
Having joined as an Intern, George is now a Senior Underwriter leading our presence in Spain while driving growth in the UK and Ireland.
Paul Baynham
Paul is an experienced underwriter and portfolio manager, with over 35 years’ experience in casualty underwriting within the London market.
Adesola Shonibare
Sola has a wealth of knowledge in both the Insurance and Reinsurance markets. He has built up a credible book of business with no signs of slowing down, on top of strong broker relationships which continue to develop.
Adam Rudling
After involvement in multiple projects across technology and product development, Adam moved into the London underwriting team to expand his skills as well as aid in digitising and streamlining the underwriting process.
Sarah Juillard
Sarah began her journey as an underwriting and operations assistant in the Netherlands while completing her studies, after which she moved to the UK to strengthen the underwriting team. She is now focusing on further expanding into The Netherlands, France and Belgium.
Debbie Kimou
Debbie started her career as an underwriter focusing on French and Belgian markets, transitioned into data analysis to support the team by supplying capacity provider’s with updates on Aspect’s growth.
Fin McCarville
Fin began his insurance career in 2024, and is keen to continue expanding his skills within, and knowledge of, the London and Irish markets. Fin is focused on building up a strong book of business with our markets, contributing to the success and growth of Aspect.
Matt Gregson
Matt joins the London underwriting team to develop his underwriting skills, as well as use his linguistic skills to explore new opportunities.
William Virgo
Will has spent the past two years working in insurance while studying at university, deepening his understanding of underwriting and the industry as a whole.
Joaquin Estevanez
Joaquin began and continues to develop in the area of assisting underwriters, survey management, and also exploring operational processes. He had a work experience in London in 2024 and is integrating into the development of the insurance business in Spain and Argentina.
Agustin Kumpel
Agustin began in operations but quickly moved to underwriting support after developing a strong interest. His main focus lies in survey management and he will gain hands-on experience in London mid‑2025. Additionally, he’s actively promoting the insurance and reinsurance sectors in Argentina and Spain.
Camila Ron
Camila Ron, marketing graduate with courses in Google Analytics and Product Management, began in insurance data and now works in Underwriting Assistance, applying her proactive approach to dynamic tasks.
Operations Team
Charlotte Gibson
Charlotte began her insurance career at Aspect four years ago and has since become a key member of the operations team, expanding her knowledge and expertise within her role.
Carla Manning
Carla is currently studying for her AAT qualification, enhancing her financial expertise to support her role and contribute to the continued growth and success of the operations team.
Carolina Sol Capaccio
Studying Marketing, Caro actively engages with the insurance community to expand her knowledge, contribute to the operational sector, and deepen her understanding of the social and economic impact of insurance.
Paloma Aragona
A graduate in Human Resources, Paloma transitioned into the insurance operations world to expand her knowledge, continually training in both areas to keep growing professionally.
