In August, we spent the day at Phoenix Garden in London pruning trees, watering plants, and restoring benches to help maintain this vital urban sanctuary where the public can retreat for a moment of peace and connection with nature.
Operation Christmas Child 2025
The Samaritans Purse ‘Operations Christmas Child’ project brings joy of the holiday season to children in need around the world.
Past projects and volunteering days
Clothing collection & donation
Joaquin and Agustin spearheaded a clothing drive across the Buenos Aires area, collecting and delivering donations to support the vital work of Fundación Nordelta. Their support provided essential resources to those in need.
Moonwalk
In May 2025 a few of our team laced up their walking shoes and took on The MoonWalk, the iconic night-time 15.1 mile walk organised by the breast cancer charity, Walk the Walk, raising vital funds and awareness for breast cancer causes.
Pride march
Members of the team were honoured to join the march this year, walking alongside our friends at Link, the LGBTQ+ Insurance Network, to celebrate diversity, visibility, community and progress within the insurance industry. Following the march we donated to two relevant charities – Stonewall Housing and Queer Gym.
Volunteering with Chelmsford Cathedral
Klaudia spent three weeks volunteering at Chelmsford Cathedral during the “Mars” exhibition, a community-focused event designed to bring people together through art and culture, while raising funds for the continued upkeep of the cathedral.
Volunteering at Glastonbury
Aspect supported Paul’s volunteering at Glastonbury Festival for a second consecutive year, completing multiple shifts to raise funds for Glastonbury Tor School, with Aspect matching the money raised to maximise the impact of the initiative.
Volunteering with Bookmark
In June 2025, Sarah volunteered for Bookmark, a charity that delivers essential reading support and resources to primary school children who need it. As a volunteer, she read with a primary school student twice a week for 3 weeks. During these one-to-one sessions they practiced reading, tried to find what type of stories were of most interest to the student, and played story-based games. These sessions are designed to help the student improve literacy, confidence, and reading enjoyment.
5k run in support of IICF
We were proud to take part in a 5K race through Battersea Park in May, raising a total of £1,810 towards Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation’s goal of £100,000 for its 10-year anniversary. Most of us achieved our personal bests on the day of the race, reflecting our motivation and friendly competition.
Operation Christmas Child
The Samaritans Purse ‘Operations Christmas Child’ project brings joy of the holiday season to children in need around the world.
We support
Insurance Museum (IM)
We've signed the IM Slip!
We are thrilled to be named the first IM Founder donor for the Insurance Museum’s (IM) fundraising ‘Sign the Slip’ campaign.
IM’s ambitions are to share the story of insurance through a permanent exhibition space, as well as to develop digital galleries, tours, talks and seminars. The permanent museum will have an educational resource centre with an outreach programme dedicated to informing and engaging the public about the important role of insurance in society, past, present and future. A key focus of its activity is geared towards attracting younger audiences to consider a career in the sector, particularly those from underprivileged backgrounds.
To find out more or to sign the IM fundraising slip visit here.

B Corp
Aspect aims to be a force for good as well as be a responsible corporate citizen; to be a company both employees and policyholders can be proud of. As part of this journey, we are taking significant steps towards B-Corp status. And, as far as we know, by doing this we’re breaking new ground. When we achieve B-Corp we’ll be the first London Market MGA to do so!
The entire purpose of the B-Corp movement is to show that business should not only be done better, it can be done better.
Associate Membership of the IICF
Aspect are proud to be associate members of the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF). The IICF brings the insurance industry together to help support communities across the UK. Since launching in 2015, the IICF has had a positive impact on the lives of more than 7,000 people and has brought together more than 2000 leaders from the industry, to help drive positive change.
Living Wage Foundation
At Aspect, we ensure our employees are paid a wage that not only reflects their talent and hard-work, but also allows for the quality of life that we all deserve. That’s why Aspect is a living wage employer, as accredited by the Living Wage Foundation.
Without the hard work of our team, we wouldn’t have a business. Our team gives their best, contributing daily to Aspect’s growth, and as a business we believe it’s important to give something back.
